AXIS AXDL-100 Dual incubator maintains precise temperature control in each chamber to ensure optimal conditions for microbial growth.
The incubator has a digital display provides real-time monitoring of temperature settings and error codes.
These incubators are commonly used in healthcare facilities, laboratories, and industrial settings where sterilization processes are performed and monitoring sterility assurance is critical.
For Steam: The incubator must maintain a constant temperature typically around 60 ± 2°C to promote the growth of heat-resistant spores.
For Ethylene Oxide (EO): Similar to steam sterilization, the incubator temperature is typically set between 37 ± 2°C to encourage the growth of EO-resistant spores.
For Plasma: The incubator should maintain a stable temperature, typically around 60 ± 2°C, to support the growth of spores used in plasma sterilization biological indicators.
