AXIS Helix-4.5 is a versatile Process Challenge Device developed to evaluate the penetration capability of multiple sterilizing agents, including Steam, Ethylene Oxide, Formaldehyde, and Hydrogen Peroxide.
Featuring a robust capsule and a 1.5-meter coiled tube, it accurately simulates complex hollow instruments, replicating critical sterilization conditions. The device holds a chemical indicator inside a durable, screw-cap capsule and must be processed with the load. A complete and uniform color change of the indicator ink confirms successful sterilant penetration. AXIS Helix-4.5 is fully compliant with international standards, ensuring safe and reliable sterilization monitoring.
